We’re Aysel and Vlad, a couple who turned a simple passion into something bigger. Aysel brings her creative background in fashion, while Vlad comes from a family with a long tradition of building and crafting. Together, we shaped NOI Coffee Bar into a space that reflects who we are: specialty coffee, minimalist design, and a cozy, welcoming vibe.

We wanted a place where you come for the coffee but stay for the feeling. That’s why we carefully chose our beans, kept the menu fresh and approachable, and designed the space ourselves so it carries our personal touch in every detail.

NOI is about community: customers who become friends, dogs that curl up under the tables, freelancers who find inspiration, and neighbors who stop by just to say hi over an espresso.
